Having a bit of a dilemma over how to deal with a character in a badfic by

Badfic report

So I'm making plans for a badfic mission, the start of which would be my permission request. However I'm feeling a bit conflicted on what to do about one of the characters in it.
So it's a yandere simulator fic with "references to" a.k.a crossovers with a bunch of other places. The main sue is Pakura who you'll probably recognize if you're on the discord server because I love inflicting the PAL series on people. In short she's a god mode sue with her own pokemon region who hops dimensions, adopting canon characters and turning them into edgy royalty. This Yandere Simulator fic is one of the shorter and more tolerable fics in the series.
I suppose since there's not much personality to work with in canon, and what personality there is is already pretty edgy they didn't actually have to change Ayano's character as much as some others. The whole "ultimate cosplayer" thing is still a bit off though. However the reason I'm conflicted about what to do with her at the end of the fic is that outside of Pakura's influence she's actually a half decent character. She has some pretty good moments of introspection about her lack of emotions (before it turns back into yet another paragraph extolling the virtues of her amazing mother) and in chapter two she even has some mildly entertaining and fairly in character interactions with the canon characters now that Pakura's a whole ocean away. There are times where she seems to be conflicted about how she's supposed to become a maniac for her senpai. Unlike Pakura's various other adopted children she's actually less murderous than her canon counterpart.
I'm thinking either way I'll end it at the end of chapter one since there's more than enough insanity there, including ripping off a ton of other continua, dragging an Ash Ketchum replacement into all of this, forcing Ayano into an arranged marriage with her adoptive cousin for kinda sexist protection purposes and giving her a really long name that even she seemed to think was stupid to name a few things. Chapter two puts a lot more focus on the canon characters and a lot less on Pakura and the quality improves quite a bit because of that. There's just some fluffy slice of life stuff with Ayano's emotionlessness playing off quite well with Taro, Osana and Raibaru.
So I'm thinking I have a couple options here. Either this is the canon yandere chan, just severely ruptured by Pakura's influence in which case she'd just get neuralyzed and plonked back at Akademi after the sues got assassinated. If this is a replacement then I could kill her, but after rereading the fic I'm doubting whether or not she's bad enough to deserve that, especially once Pakura's removed from the equation. If she doesn't die, I guess I could either have her integrate back with the canon as a minor character or something or recruit her to the PPC. I think she could potentially work as an interesting agent and I already have a few ideas for plots and arcs if I decide to recruit her.
Of course I need to get permission first so any of this would be a fairly long way away but what are people's thoughts on this?

Normally I'd advocate for letting a non-harmful OC integrate with canon, given whatever memory modification is necessary to let them. That's because rescued/recruited characters often fall by the wayside, and I don't see the point of recruiting a character if you don't intend to do anything with them.
Since it sounds like you have ideas, though, that's great! If you're excited about it and feel like there's good story potential in recruiting this character, then I'd say go for it.

Yeah, I feel like there could be both some story and comedic potential here. by

In the fic they already seemed to be starting to have an arc about what's expected of them (both as a member of a long line of yanderes and of surprise British royalty) vs what they actually want, and I feel like continuing that would be interesting. Their relative lack of emotions could also give some great comedy and I think they'd fit in interestingly if/when I and some of the other discord folk get around to sporking the PAL series proper, what with their relation to the sue and the series. Also I've put her through a bunch of scenarios in the incorrect quotes generator with my other agent ideas and want to have an excuse to draw some of them.

If she’s a replacement with a non-canon but still-interesting personality, you could recruit her.
Honestly, it’s up to you. If this is your first mission/permission request, you do as you see fit. I’m completely unfamiliar with the canon, so I can’t help you with the OOC, but that’s my two cents.
Hope this was somewhat helpful, and nice to see you on the Board! Please visit often.

I'm not sure if she's too sueish or not OOC enough to recruit at the moment.

Do you want to recruit her? by

If so, do so. If not, don’t. You can always give her character growth—maybe she recognizes her Sueishness and is trying her best to not be a Sue.
