So, when I was browsing Reddit, I came across this post that seems to suggest that Sabo from One Piece is a Canon Stu. I don't really know for sure, since Sabo doesn't really count as a main character and to me, that is probably what can make or break Canon Sue/Stu/Ooh status to me. What do you think?
