I currently have 3 pieces on my regular playlist: Waltz No. 2 from Suite for Variety Orchestra by Shostakovich, Waltz of the Flowers from the Nutcracker suite by Tchaikovsky, Waltz from Masquerade Suite by Khachaturian. Anyone wanna pitch in with recommendations?

Danse Macabre, Camille Saint-Saëns.
I don't know if it's technically a waltz, but it's in 3/4 time, so you can dance a waltz to it, and it's a cool piece of music regardless. Be sure to read the backstory in the video description. {= )

Also, if you happen to want gavottes or minuets, I have an entire list of those. They comprise a large part of the pieces I can play on my violin.
I do generally lean towards the kind of full-orchestra, danceable waltz with a lot of "oomph" (i.e. Shostakovich's).
...but now I’m picturing a haughty, cultured supervillainess Agent!Yuki.
Amusing.
