I suspected it was you who submitted it, Discofurby.
It was pretty good—though there were some sections where the quotations went pretty long. You might want to consider summarizing if there’s nothing worthy being snarky over.
I really liked your “torso appreciations” comment. I’d theorize that those were ghosts who were athletically inclined, and only exercised their torsos, thus coming back as just torsos.

This is not some concrete rule or harsh critique—just a (very) vague suggestion. Nevertheless, I’d say to just avoid overly long sections of quotation if possible.
You don’t have to restrict yourself to just snarky comments on the fanfic—you can include details on what the fictional version of yourself is doing, or create characters to comment on it with you. Em Kay’s good at doing that. If the fic is boring, you can say so. Physical reactions can be funny too! (You could even use a version of your Permissionless agents, though I’d avoid having them claim association with the PPC.)
Just try to keep things interesting.
