First off, that is a funny accidental pun, second... that whole getting shot scene absolutely was confusing, I can't imagine how it must've been in the original fic. I have no idea if the author of this mission is still around but in case they see it; I enjoyed it, nice work!

The style he's wearing here as well as in his infobox images aim to evoke the Taishō roman 大正ロマン aesthetic. The specific outfits are reminiscent of male high school uniforms in the Meiji-Taishō period, made slightly "fancier" here by the inclusion of a hat.
