We do have a template you can use, though it's by no means obligatory. The crucial things are a link (preferably clickable, which requires [ ]( ) around your text and link), and a summary of why it's bad. This thing certainly sounds awful!

Honestly, I can't even tell what sort of fic this is. It's very bad, presumably NSFW, and involves a ridiculously OOC Gumball (yes, Gumball Watterson) piloting mechs alongside his harem; I never thought it was possible to butcher TAWOG so bad. The author often goes out of their way to note breast sizes whenever a new female character is introduced.

Just finding a badfic, giving us a link, and saying why it's bad is not the same as writing an actual PPC story.
That said, QuietCognition does not have Permission at this point.
