It looks like fanfic, not an adaptation. by

You might want to be clearer about that since this is clearly not an authorised Power Rangers anything.
That being said I don't exactly know what your beef is with it besides just "being turned away" by it. Things aren't PPCable just because you get the ick from it. Is it because there's some super speshul self-inserted Power Ranger OC? Or is the crossover aspect of it OOC? Is there anything that could be really funny to see in a mission? Because if it's just juvenile writing without anything that could make for amusing (or even insightful) commentary for a mission, then you're honestly better off just letting it be.
Um... can you clarify what you mean by this? by

Again, no familiarity with the canon, so I'm just confused. Is this an adaptation, or an actual fanwork? The general consensus for adaptations was that they either count as separate canons, or they're just fanworks. Given that this is on DeviantArt, I think we can safely say it's not the former, but the real question is whether it's related enough to a canon to be PPC-able. I'm assuming that it is, if it brings in SMG4 characters (whatever that is???).
That artwork... well, it's very DeviantArt, I'll just say. The script format is very confusing, and there are a few typos, too. I'm not sure if we have anyone else here who'd be interested in doing a mission to this, but it does seem possible, at least, as far as I can tell.
