Oh, wow, I had heard of yuki-onna before, but never yukinbo, so I wasn’t expecting Arare to be such a creature! I always love it when characters who are “villains” join the PPC (without threatening the PPC itself), and I’m looking forward to watching Arare try to further his goals—and, perhaps, to the four demonly kings trying to thwart him?—while also having to complete badfic missions. I’m loving his caustic personality, and I like the idea that his species is being weakened by humans losing their belief in spirits. It makes his goal simultaneously pitiable, since his culture is dwindling, and reprehensible, since his culture is full of monsters who want to scare people. It’s going to make for some interesting conflict, going forward!

Yukinbo is the name of an actual yōkai type, of course. There are several snow/ice yōkai types and variations thereof, but my rendition is a rather "inspired by" one rather than an accurate reproduction of the mythical creatures.
Arare (霰) means snow pellet or graupel. Asagi (浅葱) is a shade of cyan, while usu (薄) means pale; usuasagi thus means a light shade of cyan. The title of this entry is a reference to this Grimm tale; the title of the previous entry, Mirror Flower, Water Snow, is a reference to the idiom "mirror flower, water moon" (鏡花水月, desirable things that are just illusions and not real)

Thanks; I'm aiming to portray Arare as an anti-villain of some sort (nm) by

On that note, Lolita fashion and the PPC by

Since I've put Kaguya in lolita outfits twice already, I figured it would be fun to imagine other PPC agents in various flavors of lolita fashion. Do note that I'm not a fashion or lolita fashion expert. I'm only doing this for TOS agents and my own agents; you can feel free to continue the thread for yours.
Since neither Jay nor Acacia are particularly feminine women, I think they'd look best in prince lolita, an explicitly tomboy/masculine style.
Luxury shouldn't wear lolita fashion at all, for obvious reasons.
Makes-Things would look best in steampunk lolita. Prince lolita could work too.
Momoka is wa lolita (like her master) or China lolita.
I'd put Urato in gothic lolita for the sole reason that it'd be funny. He'd probably rock it too.
Inasuke is obviously sweet lolita.
Fáelán is obviously gothic lolita.
It's quite hard to put Helena in any fashion style; she'll just ruin it in two seconds with paint and other art stuff.
Sheen might work with any style except sweet. He has long hair so it could be easier to wear more girly stuff.

I like how angry Usuasagi acts, despite acting like a rabbit. He's great.
