The speech Inasuke gives is so nice, just very sincere and well thought-out. It’s an excellent argument for liking what we like, without being afraid of what other people think of us. He also has a good observation that adult life in developed countries leaves people hungry for escapism because of how rigid and scheduled the work culture is. It drives at what Inasuke says later about human fears: we have a such a broad view of reality now, that we aren’t jumping at things like wild predators or imagined monsters any more. We’re too busy, and our duties are too all-encompassing; there’s little room for imagination and play, little room to think about mythological yokai.
I like how you wrote England to start out accurate to the Peter Pan era, then had the fic’s story warp it out of shape into a modern city. It was a good way to give Arare an idea of how badfics affect worlds, and why they’re so threatening. (And it was cool to see happen!) I also like the idea of the seven yokai in HQ, and look forward to seeing them, and your future story arcs, as they arrive! You sure plan stuff far in advance!
One note:
“That is why I join the PPC—”
I think you wanted “joined” there, since it happened in the past? If you were wanting something with the sense of continuing to work there, you could instead say, “why I serve the PPC” or “why I stay with the PPC.”

Because a sequel is in the works 🎉 Without giving away any important plot development, the original 4DK series will run for 8 more arcs, including the currently ongoing Arare arc.

I liked your use of Arare; his interactions with Inasuke and the world were really amusing. A particular favorite line:
Arare stared blankly at him, then quipped, "Human fears are increasingly strange."
