I wanna start a wiki page for the Hazama family, which features prominently and has lots of details revealed in the Four Demonly Kings spin-off, but Agent Kaguya is the only one actually actively involved with the PPC. Is it okay to make a page for them, or is it too off-topic?

What about a section of Kaguya's page about his family relations?
Or, if the information would take up too much space there, maybe a subpage? Those are made by creating an article with the name format "Page Name/Subpage Name", like a URL. For example, all the lists linked from the PPC Rec Center are subpages of that article.
