Ice cream is definitely something all of my agents like, especially considering Sergio is Italian and here ice cream is considered an art. Sergio would definitely go for chocolate, mint or licorice (yes, we have licorice flavored ice cream over here), Nikki likes fruit flavors more, Corolla would definitely love cassata (it has candied fruit in it!) and other "oddball" flavors like the one we litrally call "smurf" (it's blue!), while Keiko... I'm not sure. actually. Perhaps coffee?

Other foods wise, Nikki definitely likes watermelon, but that's as far as I've ever considered. I admit I don't really give much thought about foodstuffs in my work, they tend to be last minuted additions of the "Oh, it would tell more about the character, or be funny if it was this way" variety.

As per drinks... The four of them would, for different reason, all stay clear from alcoholic beverages (Sergio and Nikki have very little in the way of alcohol tolerance, Corolla just isn't interested, and Keiko is too young on top of likely having taken after her parents). So it is soft drinks for all of them!

The "ice cold Coca Cola or Pepsi" debate runs strong here - as I mentioned in The World Without Authors, Sergio prefers the former while Nikki prefers the latter. Sergio does enjoy two typical Italian soft drinks as well, cedrata (made from citron, a citrus fruit resembling a lemon) and chinotto (made from the bitter fruits of the myrtle-leaved orange tree), the latter is also a favorite of Keiko, who doesn't like overtly sveet stuff. Nikki isn't actually a big soda drinker, she doesn't really drink the aforementioned Pepsi often and her other choiuce would usually be orange soda. Corolla, instead, will literally drink any sweet-flavoured soft drink she can get her hands on, she doesn't really have a favorite.

As, as I said, Nikki doesn't always go for sodas she also often goes for chilled fruit juices in the heat.

Charlie drinks milk, because they are very much a feline stereotype in that regard. Any potential health concerns that might come from milk in the sun are completely unknown to them. Cold or hot stops mattering after a while as long as there’s someone to share the moment with.

Jiwon eats and drinks the same things he does most days, because 1. He rarely goes outside so the ‘hot’ part of the equation would never really register for him, and 2. His diet is usually the same few foods unless he feels like changing it up (so, rarely). So mostly water and sushi/liver for him.

Summer weather for Ocotillo wouldn’t be much different than the desert climate she’s (theoretically) used to, and as a person/dragon she feels obligated to enjoy what foods her culture implants say she should be familiar with. As such, she’d go for date cakes.

Sam developed his tastes in the heart of Seattle, so absolutely ice cream. He was always choosy about which stores, but there’s slightly less (re: two[?]) distributors in HQ. He decided that Rudi’s was a slightly less problematic institution than the Cafeteria, and as such goes for ice cream from there. As for flavors I'm not quite sure, and honestly this could change by the time I write him again, but I think he'd like butter pecan.

Molly, meanwhile, goes for pretty much anything conventional. Chances are she’d be fine with whatever Sam gets, which means ice cream as well. She feels like a strawberry flavor kind of girl. Or maybe vanilla.

Nume is a guy with fairly classic American taste in food, so probably a root beer float, or a hot-fudge sundae (vanilla ice cream, cherry on top, no sprinkles, can take or leave whipped cream).

Ilraen is an Andalite. If we let him talk about food, we'll be here all week.

Gall and Derik are both still a little impressed with the concept of ice that someone didn't have to go carve off a frozen river or a glacier and isn't being used to keep real food from spoiling. Berk is in a cold climate, so I don't know that anyone there would often want such a thing. Frozen desserts aren't unheard-of on Pern, but they're reserved for special occasions. Cooled drinks are more common, especially in the tropical latitudes such as where Derik grew up, and there are plenty of fruits (and alcoholic beverages) one might use to make them. Anyway, the clearest idea I have about their preferences is that, given the choice between the ice cream flavors chocolate raspberry, strawberry peanut butter, and sticky toffee pudding, Derik preferred the first, and Gall preferred the last. I think they'd both like fruit sorbets and shaved ices, though. Put a dash of bitters on top, and so much the better!

And everyone likes chocolate. Derik will tell you klah is better, but as long as it's quality chocolate and not too sweet, you won't catch him complaining about it.
