I placed a request for 3 mini-Balrogs here to prepare for this chapter, but was not replied to. If the appearance of said minis here is against the rules, I'll remove them from the story.
Prepare to be amazed as Arare faces off in a duel against another member of the Seven Wonders of PPC HQ.
I’m definitely feeling bad for Arare now. He hasn’t been the nicest person, but I wouldn’t want to see him completely drained of power, either! Hinata is cool (as are gashadokuro in general), and it made for a fun excuse to see a fire vs. ice magic fight in HQ. (Though I’m sure the Janitorial Division won’t find it as amusing!) I love that Arare extinguishing the fire in that Courtyard interlude had a greater significance than I realized at the time, with consequences paying off in this story!
I forget if the “seemingly a little girl” has been mentioned before or not. I’m guessing she’s another yōkai, and another of the Wonders?
As for mini-Balrog adoptions, we aren’t really in contact with Miss Cam nowadays, so there wasn’t any formal process to go through to adopt them! Honestly, it’s probably true for most minis at this point. If a mini has been sitting on the wiki for years, no one’s likely to contest a new adoption!

She's a new character who will appear in the next Demonly Kings arc. In fact, this mini-spin-off is partly to set up her appearance.
