According to the Sailor Moon Wiki, Death Reborn Revolution calls forth a large amount of ribbons, which wrap around Sailor Saturn, and slice up the unfortunate target of the attack, while apparently draining the target's power with "negative energy". In addition, a tremendous amount of energy is released from the ground, enough to destroy the ruins of Mugen Gakuen, and reach the Tau Nebula. The attack is sufficiently powerful to destroy one of the primary antagonists of the series, the aspect of Chaos known as Pharaoh 90.
