Welcome to the Board! Have some of my world-famous hydrophobic water to commemorate the event. Turns fire trucks into litteral fire trucks.
Hello everybody! I'm new here so I just wanted to say hello and get my name out there. My fandoms are Sherlock, Supernatural and Doctor Who. I also like Hetalia, Ouran Highschool Hostclub, Harry Potter, Eragon and I don't mind Twilight all that much.
You appreciate Harry Potter? Fantastic!
Have some bleepolate chocolate ice cream! Because goodness knows you'll need it.
Hey, welcome to the PPC and our somewhat troubled planet!
I'm Len. :D
Kudos to you for being one of the *only* other supporters of the Inheritance Cycle! (Apparently the series is generally considered fairly repulsive by most, which is lost on me.) And who doesn't like Harry Potter? Here, have this semi-functional replica of the Elder Wand and an adorable baby Fanghur in honor of interplanetary shared fandoms.
Again, welcome!

Thanks! I really appreciate the gifts! I was really surprised to find that no one liked the series. I admit Eragon was a tad bit bratty and annoying but I like Murtagh and Saphira.
Where do you find these mystical Beta-Readers? I'm writing something for when I ask permission to write PPC stuff in the future. I'm looking for a beta reader for it since my grammar isn't the greatest.
Generally, people seem to just make a post on the Board saying that they're looking for beta-readers, and then people respond. Alternatively, some people have a person or two (or three) that they go to automatically, and just contact them outside the Board (or sometimes on it). I believe there's also a list of Beta readers available on the wiki.
Basically, betas aren't too hard to find :) I'd volunteer my services in advance, but it's quite likely I'll be rather busy, so I'd prefer to go more on a case-by-case/at the time basis.
But don't worry. There are plenty of people willing to beta around here.

Here, for your (late) newbie gift, have an Infinite Notebook, lined, with urple covers and wilver binding. Don't blind yourself!

Welcome to the PPC!
Favorite host? Favorite Hetalia nation?
Given your love to Hetalia, I'll offer you a virtual lock of hair from Alfred himself. I think the hair is correlated to Ohio, but don't take my word for it.
Let's have a look at your fandoms...
Sherlock and Doctor Who! Wonderful. I also share Harry Potter and Eragon, and at least I've read Twilight and can discuss it, though I wasn't too fond of it.
And as for your newbie gift, have a toaster! It's polka-dotted in the Suvian colours of your choice, and shoots pastries at high velocity!
Toasters are always good to have on hand, especially ones that could be used as a weapon. It sounds like loads of fun.
Welcome to the PPC! And yes, Eragon fans are pretty rare around here, especially since the (seeming) majority opinion around here is that Eragon is a Gary Stu. However, we do not take offense at those who disagree. (Personally, I did not find Eragon all that Stuish. Then again, I only saw the movie, so that might be why.)
But let's not get you embroiled in a heated discussion on your welcome thread; we have gifts to give out!
A Sherlock fan, eh? Then have a detective's cap and trenchcoat. Good if you're ever in the role-playing mood.
Thank you for the gifts, they're always appreciated. One can never get too many gifts after all.
On the topic of the Eragon books I honestly didn't like Eragon that much, he was a bit bratty. I mainly read it because of Saphira and Murtagh. To be honest the movie was terrible and poorly represented characters (like Arya, she was a much more interesting character in the books).
The movie is HORRIBLE. The book was actually OK, but Eragon is STILL a Stu.
Even if the book wasn't that great, there is no excuse for what they did to it.
Baby Saphira was okay! You have to give them that. I mean that CGI dragon baby was adorable!
Hi! Which doctor is your favorite? Also here, have some chocolate.
It's a tie with the question on the Doctors. I'd have to say either 4, 10 or 11 though. Thank you for the chocolate, I love chocolate. The only person I've ever known who didn't like chocolate was actually allergic to it.
Hi, have some fudge!
My first Doctor was Three, so even though he got some stinker scripts he's always got a special place in my heart. Four was a lot of fun, and had a lock on second-favorite until Seven started fighting with him over that spot ;) .
I haven't seen many of the ClassicWho episodes. I just saw 4 because when my mom was my age he was on TV. When I got into Doctor Who in fifth grade she went out and bought all of the material with 4 that she could.
Greetings, new friend! Have a luck detector!
The luck detector will certainly be handy. I can use all the luck I can get!
Yay! I get to give out MORE PRESENTS! For you, I have a Mars-Pattern Lasgun, 53 sestercii>, several No. 61 Incendiary Grenades, and an M1A2 Abrams MBT. Try not to have TOO much fun!
I don't think it's possible to have too much fun when grenades are involved! Grenades mean explosions and explosions are always fun. Atleast that's what Mythbusters has taught me.
I love MB. I actually have a shirt that says "I reject your reality and substitute my own!" on the front.
And yes, explosions are always fun. Just so long as it's happening to the other guy.
I don't know of anyone who would actually want to blow themselves up. Well actually I did have this friend once who said she did but she also might have been saying implode or asplode(though I don't know what that is)
Welcome to our humble little board. Before giving you gifts, there are some questions I must ask you.
1. Have you read the original series?
2. Have you read the constitution?
3. How did you find the PPC?
4. Have you ever danced with the Devil in the pale moonlight?
Right then, on to gifts. Ah, an Eragon fan. Rare around here, for a number of reasons. However, I was also a fan, at one point. (I don't like it anymore, but then again I don't hate it either.) Because of this, I shall give you some Starmetal. You can not do anything with it because only one elf knows how to forge it, but at least you have it.
I have read the constitution and the original series. I found the PPC one night when I was up too late and I was looking for a story with a Mary Sue in it and I found the first chapter of the original series. Later I found the Wiki and read everything I could. I got interested in the PPC and ended up here. Sadly I have never danced in the pale moonlight let alone with the devil. I live in an area very unsuitable for that sort of behaviour.
Thank you for the gift! I wonder why there aren't many fans of Eragon on here though. It's a good series after all.
