Just so you all know, I finally broke down and went through the Unclaimed and Claimed Badfic lists. Anything older than 18 months on the Claimed Badfic list has been moved to Unclaimed; anything older than 18 months on the Unclaimed list is gone.
If you'd like to re-claim something, please do, and make sure you put today's date on it for future reference. Please also update any existing claims that weren't moved.
Please refrain from re-reporting anything that got taken off the Unclaimed list, though, at least not right away. If it sat there without being touched for 18 months and more, it's not likely anyone is interested in taking it.
In other news, this all started thanks to Wikia deciding they need to upset my apple cart and make formatting done to section headers reflect in the page Table of Contents. This is annoying, because I've spent quite some time bolding section headers since they decided not to do it automatically some time ago, and bolding in the TOC looks really stupid.
The good news is that I figured out how to make section headers automatically bold again, without it showing up in the TOC. The bad news is there's a crapton of bolded stuff still floating around. I'd really appreciate it if all wiki editors chipped in to remove extraneous bolding when you see it. I've already gotten started on some of the more important/high-traffic pages (such as the Claimed/Unclaimed Badfic lists), but every little bit means less work for me and a nicer-looking wiki. {= )
Also, the old HTML is out, and HTML5 is in. This means, among other things, that the <font> tag is no longer allowed. <span style="(your CSS here)"> is preferred for that sort of thing. For more information, I like this site: http://www.w3schools.com/
... I think that's it. Thanks, guys!
