Hello. I came across the PPC at the recommendation of a relative. Because of my love of good fanfiction (and near nauseous reaction to badfic), I decided to come here.
I am just a little bit crazy, and that's the only warning you get. "Not Him Again" is what people say when I walk in the room. My favorite canons are ˆNarutoˆ and ˆAvatar: the Last Airbenderˆ, although I know enough about ˆLord of the Ringsˆ, ˆDoctor Whoˆ, and Narnia to find Sues and other painful things. I am also what you may call a "brony," although I will not answer to the title.
Why is Matt Smith leaving Doctor Who?
Is there any cake? -

Welcome to the PPC. We share the Naruto fandom, and I like Narnia, A:TLA and LoTR well enough too. :)
Here, have an empty sealing scroll and some Generic Ninja Weapons. Here's some chocolate cake too, since you asked, but I think something happened to the taste when I mistakenly added some chili sauce... maybe it won't change too much?
I can't really bake well, sorry. ^-^" -

Well, unless Vimeo turns out not to work for you. The site doesn't on some computers, and I don't know why.

The episodes are all out of order, but since it's labeled 101 for the first episode, 102 for the second, and so on, it's just a matter of unscrambling them.
Enjoy! -

Well, well, well, it appears that the prophecies of the floodtide have diminished to a small stream of occasional new arrivals. I may need to get a new oracle sphere, since this one's either broken or messing with me again.
Now, time for gifts! Have an extra-dimensional ninja outfit! Phasing in and out of reality should make sneaking around unseen and unheard much simpler! Just don't stay out-of-phase too long, or you could attract the attention of... well, let's just say the sort of people we don't want invading our reality again.
Do you mean like...... me, hyuuuuuman?
No, Missingo, I do not. You're a nuisance, if anything. I should've remembered that magic guns didn't work on your namesake either.
A mistake that will not be your last, hyuuuuuman.
Excuse me a moment, I have a trouble-making mini to discipline. -

It seems that we share the Avatar and Narnia fandoms, and will both recoil at the thought of being called bronies (although I am actually not a brony, while you just won't respond to the title). And, being that this is the PPC, everybody is either a Tolkien fan or knows enough to avoid running afoul of them (I am the latter).
But enough rambling about me, you need a welcome gift! So, my usual gift for MLP fans (assuming I have another one in stock):
*rummages through bag of holding*
Yes I do!
*pulls out a Pokeball*
Have a Rapidash! Not a pony by any means; it only resembles Twilight Sparkle from one scene of MLP. It's a Fire-type Pokemon, good for deterring anyone who'd dare call you a brony! Keep it away from the Flowers, though: they hate fire.
PS: Why do people say "Not him again" when you walk in a room? Are you that annoying?
PPS: In case you are a Phoenix Wright fan (and even if you are not), I highly recommend that you check out Turnabout Storm, a Phoenix Wright/MLP crossover on YouTube. -

Yes, I know what a Rapidash is, and which scene. Thanks!
They don't say it because I'm annoying, they say it because I'm crazy.
I don't really know that much about Phoenix Wright, other than there are lawyers. But I have heard of a crossover. That might be the one. -

Welcome to the Board!
Please forgive me if this is cultural ignorance, but may I ask why you're using ^ and ¨ marks for titles/emphasis? I've never even seen the second mark before, so I'm very curious about what that is. (Kudos for offsetting titles at all, though! It's a long-term campaign of mine to see italics and quotation marks used properly for that on the wiki.)
Also, who's your relative? Are they a current Boarder?

The ˆ and ¨marks are what my computer is doing instead of italics and underlines. I'm not entirely sure why.

Hi. Good to see you. We're all crazy at the PPC- pretty sure that's kind of the point. /as a response to the "near nauseous reaction to badfic", I actually almost did throw up one time while trying to read the entirety of My Immortal/
Hm.....actually, we don't share any fandoms, really. I know a bit about Avatar and Narnia, and then I know Dr. Who (not because I've actually seen it, but because my friends are all Whovians). I'm a Potterhead with PR tendencies.
I don't have cake, but I do have some bleepolate ice cream. -

It's a location in the Dr. Seuss canon. by

It was famously the town that the Santa Claus-impersonating Grinch invaded in the How The Grinch Stole Christmas book and television special, but it's shown up elsewhere.
I don't know why Pauline07 mentioned it there, though. Perhaps her boyfriend has an overall dislike or weariness of animated Christmas specials. Can't say I blame him all that much. One can only take so many years of claymation reindeer, winter warlocks that became evil because nobody ever gave them toy trains, and snowmen that move around despite having no feet r other means of locomotion before one gets bored of them.
They're still holiday classics, or at least most of them are, but enough replay can make anything look more tiring to watch. -

I like tv shows when I can get into them - just prefer books. They're easier for me to get invested in, leave more space for the imagination, and don't require a tolerance for commercials. Initially, that's why I stopped watching tv - too short an attention span to keep paying attention after the commercials started coming on faster. Now, it's more that the dorm life does not include owning a television.
I s'pose the inverse of the question would be why do you like it so much? -
Different Folks? by

I usually like TV because I can see what's going on. I can get slightly confused by books, such as forgetting where someone is after they're mentioned earlier in the scene. I am an INCREDIBLY avid reader just the same.
