The author explicitly states in the author's note for chapter two that this fic parodies bad fanfic tropes. So it's a simultaneous trolling and sporking.
I personally found it pretty funny, especially the ending to chapter three. However, it's still pretty nauseating to read a lot of the standard badfic stuff, even in a parody.
I've found a fanfic that's extremely bad. However, the author admits this, and (I believe) is using it to parody badfics. Anyone interested?
Can you give us a link? If the author doesn't say that it's a parody, and the writing doesn't look purposely bad, I would still say that it's a badfic. Maybe it's a troll?

It does look purposefully bad. The author is pretty good otherwise. And he somewhat admitted it's a parody. I don't know, YMMV.
