It's got pretty bad spelling and grammar, too much dialogue, and it's kinda short. I'm not sure if I'm being trigger happy, because I'm not totally sure of the standards. It's causing an uproar due to it being all G3 ponies! Bronies are hating it!
Just see for yourself.

What do you think? Am I being too trigger happy, or is this proper?
I feel so bad for myself! I slipped up, didn't I? *HEADDESK*
"Bronies" and "hate" don't seem like words that belong in the same sentence. Aren't they supposed to be mutually exclusive concepts?
But, what I'm really wondering is what made you decide it would be okay to tell the author you were notifying us about the story. Did you see someone else do it, or did someone actually encourage you? Did you want to impress us or the author, or make the author feel bad, or make yourself look cool, or...?
I'm asking because I genuinely want to understand, because it's not uncommon for new people to do stuff like this. I'm hoping we can learn something to help prevent it in the future, or at least know why it happens. Please think carefully ("I don't know" won't do) and be honest.
Also, if anyone else reading has done this, please also respond. It could be very helpful.
Thanks!
~Neshomeh, trying something new.
Well, I'm not sure how everything works here; I am a newbie after all. I just thought that's how it would work, and it's an honest mistake... I hope! If it is, I'll make sure I won't do it again.
In that case, I can only recommend reading the stuff in the links Phobos gave you in your intro post, and then keep reading anything else that looks like it might be instructive. We're not actual "fandom police;" we're not actually trying to get anyone to stop writing or anything like that. Long story short, we're just here to have a good time writing about fictional characters in a fictional canon protection agency. We encourage talking to authors politely, with the aim of helping them improve, but telling them their story sucks and you're reporting them to us is not gonna do that. {= )

I checked G3 names on My Little Wiki while coming up with a name for an OC, and one of the names in the fic should be spelled Razzaroo, not Rasaru.

It has been brought to my attention that you left a review saying that the 'fic was bad enough to be brought to the attention to the PPC, and then another that you had sporked it. Now, one of my comments is a simple aside - you haven't sporked it. A sporking is, basically, an MST (or in a generous definition, a mission), and since you have not written one of those, you have not sporked it.
The second comment is more serious. We really don't just exist to smack people down for writing badfic. Your first response to "Wow this is bad" fanfiction should be leaving concrit. If they don't respond or get defensive or whatever else, then you can very well move on to the snark, but please refrain from going "Hey, I'll be over here making fun of you, have a link to the wiki page of the group that is laughing at your story!" It is entirely sufficient to go "I'm writing a story to make fun of this, since you're ignoring my concrit," if you really want to, and then link to your sporking. We really do not need a bunch of badfic authors charging us with torches and pitchforks.
It's an honest mistake! Please forgive me! I'm still figuring out how stuff works!
Please refrain from creating more new threads when only one is needed. We already have a badfic thread here, and it's typically bad form to create threads where there is one of it's kind already existing.

Some user pointed out that it's against the rules of FiMFiction. It MUST be related to the G4 universe, and this is G3 only. Therefore, it is improper as well as poorly written.
Correcting my second sentence:
Rules state it MUST be related to the G4 universe, and this fic features G3 only.
