Well, I've found a few descriptions for them;
The wiki page for mini-Boarders says they have 'a variety of apperances' (not vastly helpful in narrowing down what they typically look like, I know).
The wiki page for Minis says that mini-Boarders 'are usually small versions of the Boarder whose name was misspelled'
And finally number 186 of the list of Things I am not Allowed to Do at the PPC (well worth a read) says that mini-Boarders have 'sharp hooves and long, silky hair'
