How did you get into programming?
I'm trying to learn with one website & one book. I don't know anyone who knows much about computers.

I started to study programming after high school because I was interested in making games and the local polytechnics were offering game programming courses. Then after that, I went to DigiPen Institute of Technology Singapore.
What language are you learning right now? I can point you to some resources if you're keen on learning C/C++. -

Hmm, I'm only proficient in C/C++. I knew VB.Net and Java once upon a time but I don't really remember much anymore. =x
Yes, I'm planning to write PPC missions in the future and I'm current in the process of fleshing out my agents' backstory and searching for a badfic to spork. I'm a rather slow writer, so I'm not ready at the moment. =x -

Slow writer, lessee, I've been here for about two years, and I've never submitted for Permission once, and they tolerate me pretty well, so I'd say no worries. Have fun, that's the motto...according to hS, anyways.
There is no official stance seems to be the official stance on everything. -
