It would be bad taste to spork that IMHO.

so I had a funny idea at 3:00 am. Has anyone without Permission ever written a piece, only to have it Sporked by an actual agent?
I think not.
And yeah... I don't think so... mostly because there aren't that many PPC fics out there. Ne?
First, capitalization is not punctuation. I hope I don't need to explain the difference. Second, "please use it" means please use it all the time, including in one-line messages with no text body. Your response (which has neither capitalization nor punctuation) does not fill me with confidence that your remorse is genuine. Instead of apologizing, please simply do better in future posts.

What exactly is the distinction between capitalisation and punctuation? Okay, silly question, let's try a paraphrase: Why is it important to distinguish between the two? They should both be used together, after all, and in cases where one is missing (text messages, things like that) they both tend to vanish.
Spelling (the third part of SPG) is different, since typing 'taht' in a text doesn't save space or time, but why are P&G important to distinguish?
hS, curious and, oh yeah, bored
The distinction was important to me because I didn't feel the point of my original request had been taken at all, so I felt the need to be extra-clear about what I meant. The use of a different case for some letters is functionally distinct from the use of periods, commas, etc.
Whether capitalization falls under the general header of spelling or grammar I don't know—I think Phobos and I have actually argued about this, and there's a good case for either—but it's definitely not punctuation. By definition, punctuation is the set of marks that aren't letters or numbers; capitalization has everything to do with letters.
Really, come to think of it, I think you could make the case that spelling, capitalization, and punctuation all fall under grammar, but that's no fun. Also, if you're leaving a review or beta-reading, it's more useful to be as specific as possible. If I just say "some of your grammar needs work" when I mean "you need to capitalize the first word in your sentences, and also remember to use quotation marks around dialogue," how will they ever figure it out?

Well, there was this:
http://ppc.wikia.com/wiki/Dusk_Daybreak
But as far as I know, no one ever sporked it.
It would be bad taste to spork that IMHO.
The link to the IHMO (whatever that means) will take you to the ff.net error page, so the fanfic is presumably removed, and is probably now completely unsporkable.
by piece I mean a PPC mission. My bad...
