Good interlude. It was nice light, fluffy, PPC fun, which is always nice to see. No real criticisms from me. No real complicated story, so no logic issues, no real SPaG issues, and the pacing and flow and stuff like that worked. So yeah. Good job. Also, one of those RC numbers the mail dudes passes looked familiar...
That's right. The moment you may have been waiting for is finally upon us. Durotar and Kur'nak return in "Going Postal 2."

'You are my Sunshine' was a song of my childhood, so I couldn't resist doing a cover of the PPC version. All things belong to their respective owners and all that.

Could you give me something more specific? Why was it interesting? Is interesting good or bad in this case? Why 'Making Money'?

Well, Going Postal was the first Discworld book with Lipwig, and the second one was Making Money. Intereresting is good! I really liked the interactions between Kur'nak and the kids, and the stuff with the recipients was really funny.
Ah, those are some of the Discworld books I haven't read. As such, I tend to forget they exist.
I'm glad interesting is good. It is one of those weird words that can be good or bad, so I wasn't sure.
Kur'nak hangs out in the nursery fairly often (being a kid at heart and mind), so I figured he knows how to play nicely with the other kids, while still making the most of his size and strength.

The agent is in no danger of physical harm. They would just be reassigned. I hear the Department of Fresh Fertilizer Acquisition is actually quite nice if you like animals...and have no sense of smell.
So many cameos and all well chosen songs, only thing is I am now stuck trying to picture how Marquis de Sod would react to a love song.

The reason for all the cameos was that I originally started this for July's game, at the end of last year. The more you put other peoples' agents in the piece, the more points you got. The Postal Department was the perfect venue for that. That's also why I did singing telegrams. I'd have gotten points for acknowledging events in HQ. This was a bid for maximum points, that was too late for the game.
Also, who says it was going to be a love song?

...that was a hilarious stunt, singing in front of the Sunflower Official like that. I just wonder what the Marquis would have thought of a modified version of "Daisy, Daisy"...
The piece itself was funny and flowed well. Keep up the good work!
It wasn't really a stunt so much as a contractually obligated suicide mission. I can only imagine what the modified "Daisy, Daisy" would sound like. I never got around to writing it.
