Is there some catagory of Fanfiction where a Sue kidnapps canon characters and they're all instantly her friends? Because I've found a few of those.

These fics used to be more popular a few years ago, I remember: especially in the Pirates of the Caribbean, Lord of the Rings, and Kingdom Hearts continuums. For some reason they have fallen slightly out of fashion and I don't see them too often anymore.
I originally was going to make my agents in Despatch but I could not find enough stories where the snatchers/hoppers were actually OK to just escort back home. If they're Mary Sues, then they're chargeable and assassinate-able.I could find a few stories like that, but just not enough to make a series of it. -

I think that anything involving 'Truth or Dare' in a fanfic should be nuked on site, unless it's by an author who has written a lot of goodfic in the past. Sadly, many fics fail that criteria.
Phineas and Ferb, you say? That's one of my favorite cartoons...if you find it again, please toss the link up here, I'd love to mission that. -

Oooh, I saw one of these once. It was a Phineas and Ferb fic, but I can't remember what it was called. What is it that makes Truth or Dare so irresistible to some writers?

I meant the author of the first one. To be fair I only glanced at the other three due to brain meltage.
