Concussions do not work that way, nor does how you check for one work that way as well.
I am aware that the main subject of the piece was supposed to be in regards to Narc's optic implants, but the more immediate and serious issue should be checking in regards to if he got a concussion or not.
Checking for a dent in the skull in no way tells you if someone has a concussion or not. A concussion is internal damage directly to the brain. It is not external.
She should be checking for dizziness, confusion, nausea, headaches, weakness, and so on; signs his brain is doing little loop-de-loops like an old harddrive does.
Even then, given that he got a whack to the head hard enough to pop an eyeball out, he should be getting a head scan just to make sure everything is going as it ought.
Guys, do your research.
Character interaction aside, I cannot say this was a good piece.

Narcolepsy has always been a very, very fun character for me, so it's great to see more stuff involving him. This was a fun little interlude...
...also, is it me, or is that a love interest for Narc I see there? ;)

Always nice to see the non field agents in action. Great suggested piece.
Also I can't help but smile every time Makes Things gets a mention as a reminder he's no longer dead.

This was a lot of fun to help write. Narc is a favourite of mine, and I got to introduce a new person. :D
Enjoy, y'all!
