Question on DoI interference by

I have yet another question for you folks : what would happen if a DoI operative completely botches his/her Intel gathering run and makes him/herself known to the people in the fic?
Would a mass neuralyzation be needed? An immediate Action Department intervention seems to be necessary, but how would it work out?
I'm cooking up an idea for a mission involving an insane Spy that decides to "go Rambo" and to have his colleagues (and possibly the DIA's Special Response) try to contain him. I'd like to get as much info as possible before planning this one out. -
While Aster did offer what she did... by

You should keep in mind that her agent wasn't actually part of DoI and was essentially doing it as part of a punishment detail (which she failed at doing), so that advice is invalid here.
Quite frankly, the fact of the matter is that you're going into uncharted territory in regards to what would happen because no one has written that sort of situation yet, so you are the one who decides what would happen. No one else has come up with anything, so you get to do so. -

Aster Corbett started out being told to just survey the Sue, but over the course of the fic was persuaded to charge and kill the Sue like she normally would.
She faced no repercussions in the immediate mission, but later missions had her paying penalties for it, such as remedial assignments and probation.
That's how I did it, but other people can do it in different ways I guess. -

What I had in mind was more like "enraged Spy grabs uncanon LMG and enters fic, shooting things up, trying to make things right". Aster was a trained agent and knew how to properly carry out an assassination, and this spy just a guy in the Sorting Room that snapped.
