Hi there everyone, I found out about you guys along time ago, but back then I wasn't interested in fanfiction so I didn't really care. Since then I've come to greatly enjoy reading some of the better works and occasionally writing my own, so when I re-found this then it sounded like a wonderful place. I told my friend, who will go by salubriousFool, and he said he would love to partner up with me. We plan on hanging around here while we finish reading the Original series and working out our agents origin stories which we will most likely use as our writing sample. After we finish both and have been here awhile, then we can't wait to get permission and start hunting sues!
We love new people here! And not even just to eat, either ;)

What fandoms are the two of you interested in?
my fandoms are Homestuck, Touhou, and supernatural. but I play alot of video games. assassin's creed, halo, Shin Megami Tensei (and spinoffs) and Bioshock jump to mind at first but like I said, i play a lot so I'll likely have a good amount of knowledge about it if it came out relatively recently.
supernatural as in Supernatural the tv show, not the genre. the genre is fine, but the only stuff I will read based solely on the genre without some sort of recommendation or other reason to make it stand out is Science-Fiction.
OH, and Firefly. I am a dedicated Browncoat.
I'm also tempted to say Mass-Effect but I haven't beaten that one yet

Since we don't like poor writing, and we try to encourage good writing among ourselves, it'd be remiss to have poor use of capitalization and not using punctuation on our posts here. :)
Yea, sorry about that. I'm used to boards that forced me to favor speed over quality so I was typing it out and then going back to fix mistakes that I could catch, but I'll just correct as I write from now on.
I also will occasionally type out the sounds I make phonetically.(yea, ya, yup, yeaa, yeaaaa, ugh, blegh, etc.) Can I a verdict on whether or not that's fine?
P.S. There isn't any way to edit a post after you hit send, is there?
Yup, those are fine. However, "yea" is pronounced like "yay" and is generally used in context with words like "nay," "verily," and "forsooth." You probably want "yeah" for your casual 21st-century agreement.

I have no particular fandom, come to think of it, but I'm particularly attracted to most video game stuff and western culture... If that makes any sense. Let me see if I can compile a list of the stuff I'm familiar with...

So... yeah? I'm sure there's way more fandoms that I'm into, but I just can't remember them off the top of my head.
I am the Fool in question. I heard about the site via Jack's request and became interested due to the strive to maintain canon. If it's anything I enjoy more than a good body of work, it's to see that the story in question gets its storyline followed. Frankly, Sues sicken me and it's nice to see that there's an online team of agents whose sole duty is to uphold the canon and eradicate the badfics of the internet and make it a better place overall.
Looking forward to some good times ahead!
