If part of a name is capitalized when it should not be, does that count as a mini? The author of the fic I am working with consistantly spells 'the Doctor' as 'The Doctor.'

Sorry if there are any spelling errors here, I got zilch sleep last night.

You could've added this question to your previous question thread, which isn't that far down the Board.

I'm pretty sure I've seen at least one instance where that was the case, but I can't recall specific examples. More research is needed.
