The worst of anything is always that which has a glimmer of potential.
A great friend of mine said to me that there's no point wasting energy on something without value: it's not worth your time. But if something HAS value... but just happens to be awful in every OTHER respect... that's tragic and a waste.

A lot of the time there is an interesting idea in the bad fics some were. They just ignore the possibilities so they can boink their crush.
I guess if that wasn't true then, there would be no PPC though. So, take the good with the bad I guess.
