So, over the last few weeks we've gathered nominations for new Permission Givers, as the current bunch (myself included) have been busy with real life type things, to the detriment of the community.
There have been a couple threads concerning nominations, and one concerning crazy drama on the IRC, you may wish to re-read them:

And now, time for the voting. The rules are very simple: You may vote for as many candidates as you wish - we're looking for community consensus, not the single most popular person.
