Because it doesn't seem to me that that- in and of itself- makes a badfic.
The things that make a badfic are cumulative, or are caused by a specific element that aid in the reasons it is bad.
Seriously, is there? I think there should be.
There used to be a Department of Cliched Humor and a Department of Stereotypes, as well, both of which would have fulfilled what you're asking about.
However, the first was shortlived -for whatever reason- and the second was closed down due to lack of purpose.
Mylissa had originally worked in the short-lived Department of Clichéd Humour, but had (of course) gone insane. She'd refused to leave, however, and now wandered the halls demanding caffeine. Who can say.

Because I've noticed there has been an abudancy of fics in the supernatural genre, especially ones centering vampires. (GOD I am sick of vampires...) So then I thought a Department of Cliches would be useful for that.
