So, guess what anime I've been watching recently?

Alright, so despite only being at episode 12 so far (nevertheless the manga!) I've already started to think about how missions and the like would be handled in this continuum. There's only been a mention of it on the 'Exotic Weapons' page and a badfic (which seems to have been deleted) on the unclaimed badfics page. So, I thought it might be a nice idea to have a bit of a discussion/debate/contemplation about how missions in the continuum would work. I would think that bad slash and the like would be basically the same, but what about assassinating 'Sues? (Especially since they're likely to be meisters and/or the weapons themselves.) Would they be a Kishin Egg? Would they be a 'Sue Egg'? (Maybe not that special/weird...) Could assassination attempts be normal or would something else have to be done in order to kill SE 'Sues? (I vaguely have the idea that I'm over-thinking this, but it's some good brain food, no?)

Also, feel free to bring up other things I haven't thought about yet, especially if there would be some fundamental differences between fics based on the anime or the manga. Like I said, I haven't read the manga yet and despite knowing that the anime deviates near its end from the manga I'm unsure if there's any other points that would need attention in that arena.
