That looks like a self-insert to me, but I'm not normally the best in distinguishing between Self Inserts and Mary-Sues unless the main character has the same name as the author...

The power of spaghetti. Great enough to create a cross-dimensional portal? Apparently it is. And so we follow the travels of two teenage girls, thrown into a world of magic, shadows, and children's card games...
So basically Kelsey throws a plate of spaghetti at the wall and it turns into a portal that takes her and Kitty into the Yu-Gi-Oh world. They then proceed to run around and probably scar the characters for life. Kelsey has some kind of unexplained connection to the Millennium Items. This is mostly an excuse for her to follow "Bunni" (Yami Bakura) around and put him in embarrassing situations. She spends the rest of the time insulting Yugi. She then injects herself into "Bunni" and Marik's alliance because she thinks that Marik is "smoking hot." Meanwhile, Kitty follows Yugi and company around and annoys Kaiba at every opportunity.
The worst part, though? Kelsey (the author, not her self-insert) injected ME into the story too (against my will) and referred to me using an embarrassing nickname that nobody has actually called me for years. (I'm Kitty's sister. I answered the phone in the first chapter and was never seen again.)
Wow... just... WOW. This sounds bad, alright. And considering your connection to this... I'll leave it to you to spork this piece of crap.
I haven't read that fic, and based on the discription you gave, I really don't want to. That's definitely a Sue.

That's um... Yeah. Isn't it? I can't quite believe you were forcibly inserted into this fic.
Yes, it is a self-insert Mary Sue.
As others already said, take back yourself from her authorial control and spork this thing from the inside.
Also, bring back the recipe of those spaghetti. Useful to make emergency portals, but don't give it to the Cafeteria. Even Cafeteria food sounds safer to eat. I hope.
And, by the way, spaghetti and noodles AREN'T the same thing. Noodles, as far as I know, is a generic name for a lot of types of long pasta and pasta-likes (as Chinese/Japanese noodles, made actually of rice). Spaghetti are a very specific kind of pasta. It's a charge.

I just happened to see part of the author's note for Chapter 7. Mystic is Kelsey, by the way.

Bunni: "Interesting" being a loosely used term. Unless by interesting you mean completely bending the original plotline to your will as you see fit.

So she's not just writing a bad story without realizing it. She knows exactly what she's doing, realizes that it's a bad thing, and doesn't care.
If she put you in the story without your permission, I think you deserve rights to spork this story. When you get your Permission, spork it. Spork it painfully (for the Sue).
Wow...just, wow. I can't believe that someone actually inserted another person into their fic without that person's permission.
Also, why did she call you "Bug"? Sounds kinda insulting...
"Bug". Short for "Ginabug". Why anyone would come up with a nickname that dumb, I don't know. I just remember that my sister told Kelsey about it and Kelsey refers to me as "bug" when she's not talking directly to me.
I'm just glad I didn't get pulled through the spaghetti portal too, or I would have probably ended up worse off than "Bunni."

I know the author (unfortunately), so I know that it's a self insert. And yes, the author's name is Kelsey too. But I'm not the only one who thinks she's a Mary Sue, right?
Once you get permission, this could be your fic of origin! You find yourself inserted in a bad fanfic and you answer the phone... and then immediately find the phone book and call the PPC. :V
(But yes, it is a Mary Sue)
