Howdy, it's a pleasure!
I'm from Ontario, Canada.
What I know about the military as an entity, modes of operation, from a historical standpoint, or an organizational structure is pretty limited. I spent some time in Air Cadets when I was a kid and I also did a bit of reading. But not much worth talking about, aside from a few small facts and little tidbits of information.
On the technology that the military uses, with respect to in terms of how small arms function, and small arms in general, I'm pretty well-versed with that, and at the moment been working on a couple independent projects relating to creating my own rifles.
As for what fandoms I'm interested in, mainly I stick to what I'm familiar with, which isn't very much; I could be described as something of a drifter, because while I'll like certain franchises, such as Starcraft, Star Wars or Warhammer 40,000, I try to make a point of never getting married to any fandom, and so I spend just as much time bashing the stuff I like as enjoying it! I used to be big on Urban/Modern fantasy and "standard" fantasy, at least until a couple years back.
