Almost, but not quite. If you didn't get Permission the first time, you still have to ask again, you just don't have to wait around before you do so.

...You don't have to go through the whole Permission thing again, but if you really want to do your month a second time, I don't think anybody's going to stop you.
With that said, hello! It should be nice to have you back. I'm not entirely sure how things are as opposed to how you left them - approximately how long ago did you leave? Whenever it was, the only thing I can just about guarantee is that there are more people here now than before.
P.S. I've been giving out electric-blue hand-knitted yak-wool scarves to the past few newbies, so you're getting one too.
