Another multi-fandom Boarder, eh? Nice! Are Pokemon and Start Trek among the several others you didn't have time to name?
Either way, your newbie gift!

Aha! Have a snowglobe, with a replica of your favorite fictional city inside!

Oh, hey there!
I hope you will stick around and enjoy every minute of your stay.
As a gift, here are some seeds that I do not have where to plant: some sunflower seeds, a couple of castor beans, some moss-rose seeds and a handful of cabbage seeds. That's a lot of potential cabbages...
And have a cowplant sapling. Feed it some ham on regular basis and it shouldn't eat anyone... And don't forget, cake is a lie. A very deadly lie.

Ooo, looks like we share several fandoms. Lord of the Ring, of course, but also Fablehaven, though I've not been able to lay hands on any but the first two books so far. I also have a fair knowledge of several Anime/Manga series and love everything by Hayao Miyazaki/Studio Ghibli. Your dad sounds fun, there are people I'd love to sit him down with and just listen to the discussion, as well as having questions of my own I wouldn't mind starting someone like talking with. ^^
Now welcome gifts! I've got a couple Calico loaves and some Walrus Butter for you and, I think they're in here somewhere, *digs through stuff* Ah yes, some candy stars and acorns for luring out all the little forest critters!

Admittedly, nobody ever uses the nicknames I give including me sometimes, so don't worry about the reasoning behind the name. It's more just something I do, haha.
But anyway, welcome! Have a Tiny Talking Gandalf. It's like having your own little Gandalf, except only about half as cool, because he only speaks in quotes. And you can put him on your keyring, hehe.

Welcome to the Board! Have some of my world-famous hydrophobic water to commemorate the event. Not made from concentrate!
As to your question regarding a username change, just type in whatever you want your penname to be in the Author box way up there. You don't need to fill in the email box. Login doesn't really work either, so... yup.
Enjoy your stay and don't let the mini-Slorps bite!

Ahh... to Karen: I enjoy LoTR, Phineas and Ferb, Fablehaven (to name an obscure one) and several others I don't have the time to name here. I don't have any LO's (thank God). I found the PPC by way of older sister, and I like freshly baked home made chocolate chip cookies.
I know of Doctor Who because my older brother is a forever going on about it, and I know almost everything there is to know about LoTR. My dad is practically a scholar on the subject. (If you're ever unsure about something, just ask him and belt yourself down for a lecture.) ...And to finish the list, I do enjoy Anime/Manga, especially Naruto and everything by Studio Ghibli.
To Ailavyn Siniyash: Neat! I like infinite notebooks! (The one I have is running out of room.) And an Urple gel pen? Maybe for doodling...
To KittTheCat: Thanks for the NMs, and (seeing as I answered one of your questions to Karen) I'm an easy-going fellow who decided to join the PPC out of hatred of Sues, and a love of all things funny. I also have two older siblings who aided in introducing me to the PPC and hooking me on it *very* well.
To Desdendelle: I've gone over the Constitution twice, the (very!) shiny Wikia dozens of times, read a good number of the Original Series... and NOT yet dropped by the IRC chat.
Now for a question of my own- how do I change my user name from... what it currently is?

As a gift, you shall receive... and Infinitely-long Notebook! (It also comes with an Urple Gel Pen, but I wouldn't recommend opening that package.)

What're your favorite fandoms? Which fictional characters do you find attractive? How'd you find the PPC? What kind of cookie is your favorite? Do you know Doctor Who? Lord of the Rings? You like anime/manga?

Welcome: by posting here you've made yourself a member!
First and most important, please read The Constitution, which is something everybody needs to do. The PPC also has a handy Wiki, and it is recommended that you browse it, as well as read The Original Series. We also have an IRC chat, and you're welcome to drop by and say hi. Or just natter. Most newbies also post their fandoms.
Last but not least, I give you this cup of tea. It's good, tasty and healthy... but, mind you, the leaves have a tendency to eat people. So handle it with care, eheheheh.
