the names seem SSSOOOOO familiar.... did the creators not have any imagination when it came to names, or did they just take a shortcut about that part??

I've been going through the archives of Mundane Nirvana, a pretty awesome webcomic, and came across this strip. I wanted to share the awesomeness (and downright squee-worthiness) of this comic with you.
That is awesome on every level it is possible to be awesome. Also, I want bacon now.
That is awesome! Thanks for sharing. ^_^
I want one too!!
if you want a mini-Balrog, you could always adopt one. :D
I run the Mini-Balrog Adoptions Agency and you're more than welcome to come and look around, and adopt one if you like them. ^_^
Simply too many!!!
Okay, relax... breathe, that's the key, breathe, let's have a look...
"looking, looking, looking"
You happen to have any female mini-balrogs?
I'll list them here for you.
Cele*brain
Celebarin
Kelebrian
Eaowayn
Gabriella
Galadrile
Glandirel.
Gladladriel
TarMiriel
The place-name minis are generally considered male unless the names sound feminine. One of the Moria ones - Moira - is considered female, but she was adopted by an Agent a while ago.

the concept of mini-Balrogs was created by Miss Cam, who wrote the Official Fanfiction University of Middle-earth. The idea actually is that mini-Balrogs are created by misspelling a Lord of the Rings canon character's name, or the name of a known location.
So the poor little minis are actually created by typos.
It's the same for other fandoms the PPC knows, these days. We have a list of types of minis here, all mini-versions of monsters native to the continuum being mangled. Hope this helps.
of personality does Eaowayn have?
Could I maybe give him a home in Jackson and Felaben's RC? I kind of feel I owe it to the poor little guy, since I must have summoned him into my various writings a hundred times in the early days.
I'm sending him over now. Hope he has fun! Remember to feed him bacon and eggs, and set him on any nosy Sues.
I'm assuming it's not a particularly ofu sort of fandom-ish comic strip? Either way, that sketch of the mini is just adorable.
though the webcomic itself is awesomely geeky.
