I haven't found any easy ways to completely get rid of stress, but one thing that works to some extend is to have a cup of hot milk with cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and honey before bed. It will help calm your stomach, lull you into a sleepy state of mind, and help you to get a restful night.
There is nothing worse than being kept up all night before a big exam.
