Pardon me if I'm wrong, but I don't think you've been around the Board all that much; I've seen you in the chat once or twice, but not around much more than that. Part of the reason we ask people to wait a few months before asking for Permission is so that we can get to know you. If you've only been posting for less than a month, and infrequently at that, I'd have to ask you to hold off for a little while longer.

That said, your writing sample was pretty good-- no spelling or grammar errors I could see, and your agents seem rather concrete. I'd just like to hold off on Permission until you've been around a while longer.
