Right Click on the document.
Export.
Choose how you want to download each kind of file:
HTML
Open downloaded version.
Paste.

So, PitViperOfDoom and I are working on a MSTing in a Googledoc, and intended to copy-paste it using LJ's Rich Text format to save ourselves the bother of formatting by hand. However, PitViper says that the copy function isn't working for her, and when I try it the text is copied but not the formatting. Is there any way to get round this?
