Hmm, seems like a very 'Sue-ish 'Sue. Good find! I agree with Ellipsis Flood though. You do have to check the wiki. First of all, you'd have to ensure that this fic is not recorded in the Unclaimed Badfics list or the Claimed Badfics list or the Killed Badfic list. If it isn't, make sure it's recorded in the 'Unclaimed' list and claim it. Then, look up 'Permission' at the wiki. I'm sure you'd know what to do from there.
