I figured I pick on Kelok enough. He's already been stabbed, shot, bit by a highly implausible attack turtle, and assaulted by the Sunflower's Witness, not to mention what is going to happen to him in their next mission. I decided it needed to be Unger's turn this time.

That was beautifully written, like the ones before it. ^_^ Gave me quite a turn when Unger was under the influence, but that's OK. :) Great job!

Miah, this mission was just amazing! I was actually, legitimately scared at the end, when Unger was getting possessed, and Kelok couldn't figure out what the Sue wraith was! It was just such an intense scene...I don't know, it was just really different and cool and imaginitive!

Why is Holmes so frequently portrayed in such a weak and submissive manner? He really shouldn't be that much smaller and lighter than Watson. I just don't get it...
Out of curiosity, why did you have "erg" manifest as a little elephant?
It was the first random thing that popped into my head. I thought a tiny, red elephant was just so out of place that it would be worth a laugh.
I don't know why they do that with Holmes. It seems like there is almost no in-between. Either Watson is evil/domineering/abusive or he is a total woobie/wimp/incompetent. Holmes is always either stupid/abusive or stupid/submissive. There is no smart Holmes in badfic. I guess at least they are consistent.

Sorry, the fic was so ... er, you know- I stopped reading. But I hear the death was terrific. So congrats.
I didn't actually kill them in this mission, but it was an interesting ending. Thanks for trying.

Okay, now that that's off my chest...
Do you have any idea, Miah, just how funny your missions are? I particularly admire your literal interpretations. I mean, seriously, 'random furniture manifestation'? 'Intensions'? You're killing me over here.
The ending sequence, with the Author-wr... I mean, Author-phantom slug, however, was just plain disturbing. How sick can you get, imagining that there's one of those living pieces of snot in a man's leg? That's gross, pure and simple. (I love the way your mind works.)
That whole slug thing reminds me of Robert Heinlein's SF-novel, 'The Puppet Masters', in which sluglike creatures from outer space attached themselves to people's backs and mind-controlled them. Hmmm... Now I want to read the complete version of the novel, and I only have the abridged edition. Darn.
...I think (for the gross comments). I'm glad you liked the intensions joke. That misspelling was just too good to let it go by without comment. I've never read Heinlein's novel, I was probably thinking of a Star Trek episode where slug-like creatures burrowed into Star Fleet officials' brains and controlled them in a coup attempt. It was gross then, too.
I hope I haven't unwittingly insulted you. The gross comments were really meant well. I love creepy horror stuff.

waste of time and brain usage. I think if anyone tried to sit down and read it closely they would lose IQ points. I sort of felt bad for the writer though, because there was a really nasty bit of flames in the comments on the story.
Definitely badfic and NSFB, but it was so stupid that I don't know if it could make a good mission.
I liked the slug idea, might use it myself if the right fic shows up.

I need to catch up on your missions. This was very creative, I thought, and a pleasant read.
The small snippets of the fic I saw were a bit terrifying. I think you dealt with it quite well.

Good mission (Man, what's with the shippers, anyway? I have a feeling that Sherlock and Watson won't have sex or do similar lovey-dovey crap to each other anytime soon, if ever. I mean, can't they do their fic without derailing the two like this?). I've wondered though...what had inspired you with the sue-creature in the body?
I was writing this mission about the time the first discussion of More than Sues came about. I was already having some qualms about killing them, because well, Kelok is very much my avatar in these stories, and when he said he was starting the have sympathy for Holmes that was my feeling at the time. He was still soooooo OOC, but he was not being treated by the story the way a Stu is usually treated. I was feeling a bit guilty about planning to kill him. Then the thread came up about more than killing, and I decided to try to save them. I was chatting about the problem, and we went through pretty much that whole conversation of where could the Suefluence be centered. I realized that the only thing that was consistent through the whole fic was the leg wound. After that, I just came up with the slug idea, as a way to explain why the OOC was so much more extreme than is normal in possessions.
Nice. I still don't know the fandom, but even I can see how ridiculous that was. I like your phantom-in-the-leg; it was yuckuy, I'll admit, but creative.

That, and Agent Sedri was leaving behind a carpet soaked with blood. Something had to be done about it. Either way, I'm glad it's helpful :)
