Where is the wiki page that tells you how to write a wiki page using templates like 'user'?

Note: this qualifies as part of the 'nattering on'
If you have any insults or curses in Quenya, German, Chinese, Ancient Hebrew, whatever, please donate some to my collection! It's completely free. So far I've gotten Sindarin, Japanese, Shakespearan English, and some Greek is pending. If you need one, ask.
I didn't post this as a new thread because I have a specific quota so I don't post too frequently and outrage people like I did first time. -

I found this while doing research on Quenya/Sindarin for the mission I'm currently working on, as the Sue doesn't use either, but I wasn't sure if there were bits that she was using, if that makes any sense at all. Just look under "phrasebooks", and then "Insults". There's also a list of curses in the Black Speech, the language of the Orcs.
As for non-Tolkien curses, here's a good (and rather funny) site, though probably NSFW. -

If you're talking about user pages (e.g. User:Neshomeh), you get that when you sign up for an account on Wikia.
When an article has something at the front with a colon like that, it's called a namespace. User pages go in the User namespace, and the only way to get that is to make an account. Images (e.g. File:Imagename.gif) are in the File namespace, which you only get when you upload an image. You can get other namespaces by naming them that way when you make the page (e.g. FAQ:For Other People).
I'm guessing that isn't what you're talking about, though. For editing help, I suggest starting with the Help:Editing page (which, as you may have noticed now, is in the Help namespace).

What I'm looking for is a way to get those boxes on the side that have a picture and list the username, board name, gender, fandoms, agents, etc. I could have missed it on the page you posted, but I've skimmed it a few times now and I'm not seeing the User template or the Agent template. (If template is the right name)
