Organic, gluten-free, low-glycemic Buttermilk-Espresso chocolate cupcakes, with either bittersweet chocolate coconut icing, or bittersweet chocolate buttercreme icing, depending on your preference.
SO yeah, I made cupcakes today. Have some! *passes them out free-for-all style*

*devours cupcake* thanks. In response I offer you some of my homemade chocolate marshmallows, made with bleeprum and coconut.
And yes I do have a home made chocolate marshmallow with rum and coconut. Admittedly it took a few tries and some tweaking of the recipe to keep them from catching on fire.
Those sound delicious /and/ healthy. Truly you are a... something amazing among women.
I would totally track you down for those if I hadn't just gone back to Canada.
