The site seems dedicated exclusively to brain-burning slash with pairings that are either improbable or impossible. The fics below deserve special demerit.

I cannot remember if I already brought the unintentionally-underage daughters of Sam and Rosie (Hobbits mature more slowly, Suethor) slashfic to the PPC's attention, but I cannot take the site anymore.

Took a look there myself just now. Tried the pairing generator a couple of times.

Have you seen the ridiculous elf/hobbit ones? Especially the Fellowship hobbit's wives and daughters with Arwen and them... it's not even laughable it's just sick. They even have this generator that gives the weirdest possible pairings ever. And they're PROUD of it! Eek!
