Is he from Tlotoxl? Where did you find him?
mini-Balrogs:
Flui, Khazad-Dym
Helmets:
Sgt. Kinchlow, Col. Krittendon
mini=Reaper:
Totoxl
mini-Reavers:
Reabver, Rivet Tam
Is he from Tlotoxl? Where did you find him?
I can't remember where. I do know that the mini-Balrogs listed, along with Lothlurien, come from this LotR/HP crossover currently being serially sporked on Deleterius. I myself created Kinchlow and Reabver.
The Adoption Agency'll look after Flui and Khazad-Dym unless anyone wants to adopt them. Who's Flui a mini of, though? o_O
If he is still up for adoption, could Unger and David Kelok have him? Their RC already has to be fireproofed due to Unger's uh, fascination, with fire.
*sends him along* Be sure to feed him plenty of bacon and raw egges, and the occasional fangirl.
It took me a while, too. O.o
Also, I think there's probably supposed to be an accent over the O.

I just made a post about minis on the wiki talk page. People are frequently asking about where to find lists of existing minis. I thought it might be good to make a Mini List page. Maybe one page for each type of fic we frequently encounter to keep the pages from being too long--books, movies, TV, comics, video games. The lists could be added to easily when agents encounter them, and who has adopted them would be easy to keep track of as well.
The most popular minis (mini-Balrogs) would dominate the list, so maybe just a link in their slot to wherever their list is being kept. I know people already maintain lists for some popular minis, but it was an issue just a few days ago, with no one really knowing where to look. Even if the lists were never copied over to the wiki, it would be nice to get the links collected onto it.
I think it would be the most beneficial for fandoms where the number of minis is small.
Opinions?
There should definitely be a link instead of a list for instances where someone is actually maintaining a list, like with mini-Balrogs, but for the others the Wiki would work. We'd just have to make sure to use strikethroughs to indicate minis that have been adopted.
I've noticed that if there's a / in a page's name, it makes the bit after the slash a sub-page of the text before the slash, so if interested parties made pages for Mini/Tolkien, Mini/Doctor Who, Mini/A-Team, etc., that would keep it neat.

I'm kind of dense when it comes to editing the wiki. Does that mini/Tolkien make a category page type thing? Like the main page would be list of minis and then the others would all be links from there?
What happens is that the sub-page generates a link to the main page near the top. I've mocked up an example: http://ppc.wikia.com/wiki/Mini/Farscape
Of course that layout doesn't have to be what gets used; it's just based on my memory of the original mini-Balrog list.

Would it be better to do one page for minis in related continua? Mini/Stargate and include the list for all four mini types. Min/Whoverse and include the Who mini and all spin-off minis, or better to do a separate page for every type of mini (maybe with, for example, an extra link between the Dr. Who mini list page and the Torchwood mini list page).
So, yeah, I'd say related continua on the same page--particularly if they share the same type of mini.

What about Kinos? They're already small enough, so I suppose we don't have to miniaturize them. If not, we could do mini-whatever the heck those aliens that kidnapped Rush and Chloe are called.
Sorry, I can't help you much with the SGU mini. I tried to get into the show, but I couldn't take it anymore after the first few episodes, something like 5-7. I didn't make it to the alien kidnapping part. I figure that maybe it will grow into something I can like later on, and I might go back to it in a few years if it stays on the air. SGA is overall my favorite, and I hated it the first time I saw it. Completely reviled McKay, couldn't watch the show for being annoyed at him. He's my favorite character now, so maybe someday I'll get into this show.
Kinos definitely seem to be representative of the show, and are unique to it. I don't know how inanimate objects work as minis, exactly. There are mini-helmets that walk around and talk, and the 1984 continua has mini-telescopes, although I don't know how those manifest.
I think I saw something labeled a "not so mini something" because it was based on something already small, so maybe if you do a mission in SGU and make it mini-kinos then they could be a not-so-mini-kino.
Have you picked a SGU target yet?
Generally, creating new mini types is reserved for the creator of the OFU in that continuum or the first person to find them in a mission. Either way, the idea is that people who are actually doing stuff in the continuum get to make the minis, like perk for actually writing something, since a lot of us (myself included) tend to fall behind on that score. {= )
Now that I think of it, I've been meaning to put a note about that on the mini page, and there should probably be links on the individual pages to the place that type was first encountered.
