They probably can't take every bit character that comes in, 'cause they'd be swamped, but if the recruit can't function properly without intercession, then yeah. Like all PPC "training," though, it can be somewhat hit and miss. It probably depends on whether the agents bringing in the recruits think to take them there, too. We all know how much the Marquis and the SO care about the agents' well-being as compared to getting bodies in missions. {= )

... In other words, whatever works best for your story can probably happen. Like Cassie said, I've adopted the department, so if you've seen everything linked from my site, you've probably seen the vast majority of what's taken place there. (If not, I want to know about it!)
