I reckon Amy is, but in a Martha kind of way. You know, unrequited love that the Doctor will never pick up on. After all, why was she so willing to forget about her wedding day to go travel the Universe?
*thinks* That's not helping. Oh well. Point is, he doesn't fancy her.

Ugh. Doctor/Amy. The Doctor and Amy don't even like each other in that way, let alone have a baby! Well, not yet anyway.
I'd say he's likely not interested in her that way, since it seemed he was pretty willing to take her as the eightish year old girl along as a companion for a bit there before shooting over it terribly.
There's also the marriage thing.
