so i was browsing the pottersues blog today and noticed an OC named Ahsoka lupin, who was Remus Lupin's 'Cosine.' How do you guys think a trigonometric function such as this would manifest itself in-universe?

You'd have to remind me of what a cosine actually is. ^_^; *not a math person* That's got to be one of the best typos ever, though.

In a right triangle, is the ratio of the length of the adjacent leg to the length of the hypotenuse; usually taught as "adjacent over hypotenuse".

Probably with weird wave-like lines emanating off of the Sue's body, based on what a cosine function looks like when graphed.
The weird thing is that she's named Ahsoka. Is she related to Anakin Skywalker's Padawan Ahsoka Tano in that new cartoon? If she is, I'm scared... -

ahsoka is an Indian name, which is odd considering that Remus is white and British (when he isn't gray and furry)

"[He] is white and British (when he isn't gray and furry)" is probably one of the best lines I have heard. Mind if I adapt it slightly to fit my agent (also a werewolf) when I start describing him? I'll give you credit for it!
By the way, how do you (anyone) spells the "oo" sound someone makes when they like something? I am having a lot of trouble with it. -
