Subject: Regarding the Mary-Sue Factories...

Yeah, Another question thread... Anyways.
I've been thinking about writing something still PPC related, but something that hasn't been looked into very much (After I get permission, of course!) That's why all these questions revolve around a particular theme.
1. How are the 'sues made inside the pods, exactly? Is the physical body created first, then are they sueified? (I assume this is correct as it would also allow them to capture people and turn them into sues, as making people from the ground up, sues or not, would be pretty resource intensive.)
2. I've always assumed the factory sues are controlled by something or brainwashed into servitude instead of just following the words like normal sues do. (This would also make sense, as from what I'm getting from what mentions them, they seem pretty... mindless and drone-like.) Is this assumption reasonable?
3. How common are Defectives made, and do they vary in "completeness"? (For example, one could have some color and might have been subjected to some brainwashing, while another one could be entirely uncolored and only be working out of fear, as opposed to their brain being programmed to do it)
4. An offshoot of question one, what would happen if something disturbs the process that makes or sueifies whoever's inside? (Like some rowdy agents who thought vandalizing the place might be fun, or a workplace accident.) What happens if the pod breaks entirely during this, leaving the 'sue incomplete?
5. Are the pods automated, or are there control panels that someone could modify whoever's inside with? Maybe a combination of the two?
6. How defended are the factories, anyway? How easy would it be for one to get in/out of one? (Assuming that they have at least SOME kind of security... I'm betting automated turrets of some kind.)
7. If the PPC were to obtain some of the technology used inside the factories, what would they reverse-engineer it to do?
8. There's a reason this is the last question.
Let's say the factories learn of World One. The sues, obviously much more powerful and combat-worthy than us puny humans, decide to launch a small invasion force on World One. Somehow, word of this leaks to the PPC. How would they react?
That's all for now.
