Surely that's not a mini but a combination of "Paula Deen" and "Swalot," then?

I'm working on a badfic with Bronwyn, which is sort of based on Pokemon. There are tons of minis involved, so if anyone has ever wanted mini-Rayquazas, keep an eye out--they are coming!
But we ran into something that seems to us to be really unusual. One of the chapters is written like a cooking show and is attributed to "Swaula Deen"
So the question is: Does this make a mini? If it does, is it a World One mini? What do World One minis look like? Or is it just another Rayquaza?
Surely that's not a mini but a combination of "Paula Deen" and "Swalot," then?
In my opinion, it's still a mini-rayquaza, but it should constantly have a "Kiss the cook" apron and chef hat on, plus it should talk in a french accent.
*Sighs* I tried...
A cooking mini-rayquaza! Nice! If you don't mind holding on to one of them for a not-yet-recruit (and if there is not any paperwork to fill out first--I don't think that there's a Pokémon University), I would love to have one. It could definitely be a great addition to my RC. I wonder what a Suefflé would taste like?
By the way, how large do they grow? I would still enjoy being able to get from one side of the RC to the other.
